We also fixed subtitle generation to show real model-download progress and to work correctly for audio-only clips, and reworked the timeline zoom bar so zooming feels smooth and lands where you aim.

- **Fixed**: Fixed subtitle generation appearing stuck at "preparing audio 100%" while the model was downloading — it now shows real download progress
- **Fixed**: Fixed audio-only clips (WAV / M4A) producing garbled or empty transcriptions
- **Improved**: Improved the timeline zoom bar — the handle now tracks your cursor precisely, fine control and both zoom directions feel natural, and you can double-click the bar to fit the whole timeline
